Remember this post about The Brand? Well i finally got my hands on some matching mini flounce tops for the girls amongst other items. I'm all over matching siblings! My sister and i were dressed similarly on a few occasions when we were young and i just love those pictures of us. Some of my friends hate it though...what do you think?

Ooh and if you get your new purchases gift wrapped it's even better! This was the most beautifully presented package with it's own mini rubber ducks included!

Wallpaper inspiration for a Home Salon

So my friend has a rocking little salon where she styles hair from home and is looking for some wallpaper inspiration particularly for creating a feature wall where it won't get splashed with hair dye!

  I totally love this...

 It's a digital image produced by the French company Elitis. They have the most amazing papers and a whole range of fabrics and interior products. These papers are not cheap but for a feature wall they make a dramtic impact. So amazing close up. From here, cuttings can be sent for €2.50

 This one comes in an amazing mustard gold too. You may recognise it from the last Milk Deco No.4?

 

Though on a gold vibe, I'm totally drawn to this beauty by Arte too!

 The salon itself is painted in this. Which I think has a much 'greyer' feel up close.

Before...

Though in truth i should never have let my husband loose on this first. He sprayed it with yucky sticky black spray that ran and we ended up having to sand it all back again and start from scratch. It still has a few sticky bumps that were too hard to sand off. Never again. Though in the future if it gets scratched up too quick a little sand back didn't look as bad as i thought.

It's got a little something about it huh?

OKA Love

I'm loving OKA this season. Particularly their bright lights collection of glossy blacks and brights.
